SHIPPING HANDLING & RETURNS
Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your cleared payment in full. We will normally dispatch your order within 15 - 25 working days.

After *35 working days if you have not received a confirmation of dispatch e-mail with tracking number please notify us by e-mail. *Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for special/custom orders.

You must inform us within 24 hrs if the goods arrive damaged or are confirmed lost in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please ensure you quote your order number in all correspondence. CARENADOS.ES can not be held directly responsible in the event of damage or loss during shipping.

By placing your order with CARENADOS.ES you agree to our terms and conditions and that the proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration charge of the invoice amount. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

GUARANTEE
CARENADOS.ES guarantees your satisfaction. All of our products (in our catalogue) come with a 7 Day returns guarantee subject to the terms stipulated in our returns policy. Special/custom order items (not in our catalogue) are not eligible for return.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to make a return do this by contacting us by e-mail or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund less our return charge (see below) will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough insurance to cover the value of each item.

Any goods returned should be in brand new condition and NOT been fitted to any bike.

All returns will be inspected on receipt. All items must be in original packaging with supplied installation instructions, and be fit for resale. A 25% charge of the invoice amount will be levied on all returns to cover handling and administration.

Special/custom order items (not in the catalogue) are not eligible for return.

Carriage charges are none refundable. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted for refund.

FACTORY DIRECT PRICES
In order to offer the best quality products at the most competitive prices CARENADOS.ES offers a factory direct service. Orders will be dispatched directly from the RACEFLEX™ factory situated outside the EU.

Our website is designed for worldwide sales, therefore we do not charge territorial taxes or import duties.

We are not responsible and do NOT accept responsibility for any matters relating to customs operations/laws of your country, including but not limited to: customs clearance times, delays, charges or any other customs problems.

Import duties, customs fees, or any other tax/charge as determined by your country are not part of shipping charges and are not included in the price.
