SHIPPING HANDLING & RETURNS
Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your cleared payment in full. We will normally despatch your order within 15 - 25 working days.

If you do not receive your order after 35 working days please notify us by e-mail. Please note that delivery times will be slightly longer for special/custom orders.

You must inform us within 24 hours if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please ensure you quote your order number in all correspondence. Fairingkitz can not be held directly responsible in the event of damage or loss during shipping.

By placing your order with Fairingkitz you agree to our terms and conditions and that the proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations will be subject to a 20% charge to cover the cost of materials and work already carried out.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to make a return do this by contacting us by e-mail or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough insurance to cover the value of each item.

Any goods returned should be in brand new condition and NOT been fitted to any bike.

All returns will be inspected on receipt, all items must be in original packaging with supplied installation instructions, and be fit for resale. 20% admin charge will be levied on all returns.

Special/custom order items (not in the catalogue) are not eligible for return.

Carriage charges are none refundable. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted for refund.

Fairingkitz reserves the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice.

In order to offer the best quality products at the most competitive prices Fairingkitz offers a factory direct service.
Our website is designed for worldwide sales, therefore we do not charge territorial taxes, or import duties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Fairingkitz "Grupo Racetone S.A." operates on an international scale, we ship worldwide.

We are not responsible and do NOT accept responsibility for any customs delay, duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country. These costs are not part of shipping charges.
